Courier service on heavier, larger items is next day, unless otherwise stated. Delivery to Scottish borders and Islands are extra if they cannot be sent with Royal Mail. You save £4.99 when you order 2 pieces of stove glass. Please call us on 0800 246 1810 if you need to make any special delivery arrangements.
We offer a no quibbles returns policy, but goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Made to measure stove glass unfortunately cannot be returned as it have been cut specially for you. The exception is when the glass size specified is larger than you require which means we will be able to trim to the correct size.
All goods carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.
We DO NOT pass your detail onto other companies, except to our courier company and Royal Mail.
